Since that time we have gone on to produce a number of tailor made performances from fully fledged pupet plays to ramshackle musical events in a rich variety of different comunity contexts.

FRANCESCA FIELD'S YEAR-LONG TRIP
Through April showers and Summer sun, to Autumn leaves and frosty nights, Little Bulb Theatre Company present a fast paced original piece of street theatre for all ages, as five exciting performers take a mat, a few instruments, an array of puppets and a touch of audience participation to show how truly magical street theatre can be. ‘Francesca Field’s Year Long Trip’ centres around a young girl and her extraordinary journey through the seasons, the friends she makes, the battles she overcomes and the lessons she learns along the way.
By employing a rolled-out carpet as the stage and imaginative puppets as the central characters, Little Bulb have created a highly versatile piece of theatre with the potential to be performed almost anywhere to almost anyone, entertaining young and old alike. From the visual beauty of falling blossom, snow and leaves, to the inventive use of instruments in creating seasonal soundscapes, Little Bulb hopes to startle, charm and delight passers-by, engaging them with a beautiful experience both audio and visual, in what promises to be one of the most innovative pieces of theatre on the street.
